The Annual Pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. It cannot be paused, extended, or transferred.
The pass is issued to a single individual and may only be used by that person. Staff may request proof of identity to verify pass ownership.
The pass grants the holder unlimited standard play during normal operating hours. Special events, private bookings, or themed nights may require separate entry fees unless otherwise stated.
Annual Pass holders are subject to the same booking rules and wait times as all other guests. Entry is not guaranteed during peak periods.
Pass holders must follow all course rules and staff instructions. Unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in suspension or cancellation of the pass without refund.
Annual Passes are non-refundable after purchase unless required by New Zealand consumer law.
Fillin' Holes reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of significant changes will be posted on-site or online.
Temporary closures for maintenance, upgrades, or events may occur. These do not qualify for extensions or refunds.
Guests enter and play at their own risk. Fillin' Holes is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by negligence.
